Taylor found her passion for design after studying Gaudi’s acclaimed Casa Batllo, during an architecture class in high school. She absolutely fell in love with the bold, creative liberties taken by Gaudi, and the impact his designs have had on the world. Taylor followed her design calling from her home state of Texas to San Diego where she received a degree in Interior Design from San Diego State.
Taylor started her career specializing in “eco-luxurious” residential projects, focusing on high end, low impact designs. Her knowledge of sustainable materials and practices helps guide her choices for both new-build construction projects and full home renovations, having experience with clients who prefer green design. In addition to her aesthetic and design strengths, Taylor also specializes in space planning and CAD drawings.
Taylor loves spaces that make you stop and engage with the décor and architectural details, and has been known to get lost in a crowd because of a ceiling or other special design element. Her attention to detail, fresh take on new trends, and passion for “fantastic design” drives her personal style, which can be described as classic contemporary with a focus on clean lines and colors that evoke a timeless feel.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys brunching, concerts, trying the latest workout trends and beach days with friends. She draws inspiration from fashion, her extensive travel, and nature.
