Transformation Tuesday – Morning Creek remodel

Not all of our clients come to us with the intention of launching into a full scale remodel, though often times a smaller “refresh” project grows in scope and scale and eventually we find ourselves in the midst of construction. This was the case for our Morning Creek project. Following an unexpected flood in an upstairs bathroom, the flooring needed to be replaced and that lead to some painting and a few steps later we decided to tackle the kitchen remodel.

Check out the kitchen remodel before and after pics to see how we maintained the functional features of the previous kitchen and incorporated some new tricks to make the most of this space.

Kitchen Remodel Before

Kitchen Remodel After

We said good bye to the upper cabinets and replaced with open shelving.
Removing the wall between the dining room and kitchen, allowed tons of natural light to shine in.
The new island provides plenty of counter space for kitchen prep work and conversing with guests.
